Abstract : Amis of the study : 1)Identifying the general coneption of privatization of general organization for technical and vocational trainnig programs . 2) Identifiying the acceptence of general organization for technical and vocational traning emplayees to application of privatization . 3) Identifiying the practices applied for privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning programes . 4) Identifiying traning programes of the most important priority of privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning programes . 5) ) Identifiying the most fundamental challenges facing the privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning programes . 6) Applying future conception proposal about the privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning programes . The researcher used analysis description approach to identify the reasons of privatization and the most important facing challenges , so that obtain same suggestions and a trial applying a propsal conception for privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning programes . the researcher had done inquires for this purpose which applied at the officials of the general organization for technical and vocational traning , the afficials of ministry of labors , the Riyadh technical college trainers and the trainers of Riyadh high technical institute for gilrs , and businass men , the researcher could collect 216 inquiries obtain from it the conclution of the study from the important results of the study : 1) members of the sample viwe that privatization program of general organization for technical and vocational traning is necessary to obtain benifits from the experience of the foreign partener . 2) the acceptence of general organization for technical and vocational traning emplayee to the principle of privatization and the ability of application . 3) the study indicated that there are training programs completly managed by private sector . 4) the members of sample view that the most suitable way of privatization programs of general organization for technical and vocational traning is to lease the assets to the client and let the property remains to the state . 5) members of sample view that starting with privatization of some technical collage programs is a need . 6) the study shows from the most important challenges that will face the privatization is lacke of awareness of investors of the feasibility of privatization . The Researcher has been recommended the following : 1) starting to applay the necessary systems to the privatization programs of general organization for technical and vocational traning . 2) Assign high committee for privatization of general organization for technical and vocational traning . 3) Making scientific study about the traning programe which has been completly managed by private sector as the study indicated .
