Abstract	:	The purpose of this study is to evaluate the training programs introduced by the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). These Programs are directed to employees of both public and private sectors in order to know their appropriateness towards work requirements. The aim of the researcher is to achieve this objective; identifying the planning problems of training programs that must be avoided when designing plans for training. In order to carry out this study properly, the researcher raised the following questions: 1. What are the suitable methods that must be adapted when determining training needs? 2 . What are the major problems that encounter the plans of training programs and impede their accomplish-ment satisfactorily and effectively?3. To what extent the training programs that introduced by IPA meet the actual work requirements? 4. To what extent are the training programs responding to job requirements and personal needs of employees? The researcher used descriptive-analytical approach for treating the variables of this study whose sample was male trainees from Riyadh and Jeddah the researcher used the simple random sapling method for selecting the respondents . the respondents of the study, and the SPSS package for dealing with data. The researcher ended the study with a list of recommendations.
