1. Respond and react to all inquiries received by the University in a professional, fast and convenient manner through all means and channels of communication available at the Center.

  2. Provide the beneficiaries with reliable information.

  3. Reduce the burden on the various main university sectors providing services.

  4. Meet the needs, overcome the obstacles and guide the university auditors amongst students, staff and members of the community.

  5. Cooperate and exchange information with all sectors of the university to advance the service provided.

  6. Foster the university's relationship with all target groups of beneficiaries.
